This has been one of my favorite Airbnb stays! It’s beautiful and just as pictured, and Kim is so sweet! I was able to rest and relax and after a long day of work. There is some neighborhood noise as it’s near a main road but it was easily ignored, and there are earbuds in the bathroom drawer for sleeping. Highly recommend this place! It stands out!

Great location, walking distance to many great restaurants and breweries (including Burgeon, one of San Diego’s finest breweries literally across the street, and probably the best cup of coffee you’ll ever have a few minutes away at Cosmic Bloom). The location is not super quiet or particularly private (some street noise, bring a white noise machine and you’ll be set), but if you don’t mind being part of the hustle and bustle of a blossoming neighborhood in San Diego County, this is your spot. We were able to spend a nice evening on the rooftop patio and made use of the record player and speaker setup. The couch was surprisingly comfy, bed was on the firm side (according to my wife, perfect for me). Plenty of amenities, including a filtered water tap at the sink. If you’re a foodie or craft beer person looking for nice spot in San Diego without the beachside prices, this is it! And Kim was a great host!

This was such an amazing Airbnb! We were able to walk pretty much everywhere. There are such amazing coffee shops, restaurants, and it’s located in a safe area. It’s the perfect weekend getaway I would definitely stay here again!

Great loft and location! Only minutes away from the beach. Great accommodations and the vibe was definitely welcoming and friendly! Location is one of a kind, but because the loft is on the first floor and directly facing the street/a bus stop, you do hear every vehicle that passes by. Overall would recommend and would stay again!

Great location! We only used our rental vehicle one time other than the round trip to the airport. Everything was walkable! If you want breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert or a beverage nonalcoholic or brew you can find it all as close as 1-7mins walk. The loft was super clean, perfect size for 2 people and had everything you’d need.

The loft was SUPER cute, clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It was equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable. The record player was a FUN bonus that has started a new hobby and sent us hunting for Standards (the local record store in Vista). We love to be able to walk to the coffee shops and restaurants in Vista. Kim was a wonderful host and promptly answered any questions we had. The upstairs deck was really great too. We came to visit family and go to the beach. The Oceanside Pier is only about 15 minutes away and Pacific Beach is only about 45 minutes away if you catch traffic right. We would absolutely stay here again. The loft itself was very quiet and we really didn't run into many other occupants. This wasn't our first trip to Downtown Vista so we knew what we were getting into with the train that runs behind the buildings across the street. If you are noise sensitive you might want to bring earplugs or a white noise machine.

Kim was freaking awesome! I told I will definitely be back and I most certainly will! I cannot thank her enough. She will answer any questions you have at anytime of the day and she goes out her way to make sure you are more than comfortable. THANK YOU SO MUCH KIM!

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love the location close to great food and easy access to highways. It was very clean and had stocked kitchen. We had access to a gated /cover parking which was nice. Beautiful place and exactly as described. You can hear some nightlife. However, NOT an all night, every night issue. Just a heads up if you are a light sleeper. I would definitely stay again.
