Kim's place was perfect for us. It was centrally located to where we needed to be, easy on and off the freeway, close to restaurants and bars. The place was really nicely done - great taste, minimal design (free of clutter!) and tasteful, excellent quality beds and furniture, well stocked kitchen, squeaky clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Kim’s place was wonderful. She has very easy instructions. Quick drive to legoland and beaches. It was in a nice and safe area. Parking spots were right in front of entrance.
The home itself was beautifully decorated, nice blackout curtains, and squeaky clean bathrooms. Soft beds and a couch comfy enough to sleep on. Highly recommend!

WOW! This is the very first AirBnB location where we’re absolutely impressed, had a seamless and enjoyable stay, and literally have zero complaints. Kim’s place is the gold standard and the epitome of a 5-star place. Highly recommend and will definitely return for future visits if possible!

This has been one of my favorite Airbnb stays! It’s beautiful and just as pictured, and Kim is so sweet! I was able to rest and relax and after a long day of work. There is some neighborhood noise as it’s near a main road but it was easily ignored, and there are earbuds in the bathroom drawer for sleeping. Highly recommend this place! It stands out!

We had an amazing stay at this location with our 4 month old! It was a great stay! The room was very neat and clean ! The host was responsive to our questions! We would definitely recommend this place !

My family and I really enjoyed our time here. The home was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It made our trip so much easier and more comfortable. We would definitely stay again! Very quiet neighborhood as well!

Location is very walkable to charming downtown Vista area, and the unit itself is clean, airy, and spacious with plenty of amenities! There are clear instructions in place too and the dedicated parking was a big plus. It was a peaceful and restful place to stay, thank you Kim!

Very clean home. Did not have to worry about kitchen items or extra towels etc. everything was perfect. Kim was very helpful the our entire stay and we were so happy to recommend the home to family and friends.

Great location, walking distance to many great restaurants and breweries (including Burgeon, one of San Diego’s finest breweries literally across the street, and probably the best cup of coffee you’ll ever have a few minutes away at Cosmic Bloom). The location is not super quiet or particularly private (some street noise, bring a white noise machine and you’ll be set), but if you don’t mind being part of the hustle and bustle of a blossoming neighborhood in San Diego County, this is your spot. We were able to spend a nice evening on the rooftop patio and made use of the record player and speaker setup. The couch was surprisingly comfy, bed was on the firm side (according to my wife, perfect for me). Plenty of amenities, including a filtered water tap at the sink. If you’re a foodie or craft beer person looking for nice spot in San Diego without the beachside prices, this is it!
And Kim was a great host!

This was such an amazing Airbnb! We were able to walk pretty much everywhere. There are such amazing coffee shops, restaurants, and it’s located in a safe area. It’s the perfect weekend getaway I would definitely stay here again!
